Halfway through my first year at Diamond Oaks..and i must say, it feels odd that it's gone by so quickly. i'm very happy that i chose to come here, the students are better, for the most part, and the teachers are much more relaxed. The changes i need to make to my academic career, are as follows ; 1- Show up more 2- Do all of my work, on time. I picked up good habits in my lab, as I've become better at cleaning up as i go while cooking, and using less utensils, a bad habit  picked up, is watching for what people are doing wrong in the kitchen, such as if someone was cutting something on the wrong cutting board, or not using the correct cutting technique. The expectations i had before coming, was that i'd be able to keep any hair color i want, but that is not the case, Chef decided we were no longer allowed to have unnatural hair colors.

1- I actually don't have any new years resolutions. I'm happy with the person I've become, and don't really have anything i would change. I don't really need to get rid of habits, or characteristics about me.

These are the 5 gifts i would choose-

1- Two Level Jacuzzi- i want this, because i love hot tubs, and i could have friends over without us getting too crowded in the hot tub

2- Zombie Apocalypse- i want this because i love zombies, and i think it would be an interesting experience

3- Color changing shower head- I want this because, it's awesome, and there's not other reason for it really

4- Magic wand TV remote- similar to the color changing shower head, i think it's awesome, and i would have a lot of nerdy fun 

5- Aquarium table- i would want this, because it would be a great way to have fish, without them wasting the space

Klairedelysart is one of my favorite youtubers off all time, she's in depth, yet keeps it quick and concise. But, she also has a relationship with her subscribers, keeping said relationship with weekly live streams.

I go to Diamond Oaks Vocational School, which is a Career Development campus, giving Juniors and Seniors in  high school, as well as some graduates, come to get training in a career of their choice. I am in the Chef Training program, which trains us in the basics of the Culinary industry. Such as; knife cuts, equipment, basic recipes, etc. We also get ServeSafe certified, which gives us a better chance to get a job, as well as CPR and First Aid training.
